1. Go to your booking overview and select the specific date in the calendar.

2. Press the button 'Add availability' under the calendar.

3. In the new window, change the the status to available/unavailable and enter the reason.

4. Press the button 'Add availability'.

The selected date will now show a green dot for available dates and a red dot for unavailable dates. Selecting the specific date will show a pop-up with the reason for being (un)available.

Note: Artists can edit/delete the availability added by their agency and vice versa.
